We started everything with a winter wonderland engagement photo session at the world famous Whistler ski resort, which led to a couple of spectacular pre-wedding events in Vancouver, the engagement party at Bombay Banquet Hall, and the Mehndi / Ladie’s Party at Royal King Palace.
The rest of the wedding saw us flying to Cancun, Mexico, to photograph at the modern Hard Rock Hotel Cancun. As you would expect, with white sandy beaches, the stunning Aliyah and Nav in traditional Indian wedding outfits, and a ton of fun family and friends celebrating together, wedding week passed by like a dream. We scouted for a cool photo shoot location and found this old red and white lighthouse which was perfect for the drone! As fire dancers and fireworks lit up the sky at the rooftop reception, we could finally look back and marvel at the journey of Aliyah and Nav, and our own adventures with them. As far as destination Indian weddings go, this one was unforgettable!
