Vancouver is swimming with talent in the thriving film industry, so when Edward, who works in the industry, chose us to film his wedding, we consider that an honour. The consultation had a lot of camera geek talk, and on the day it was totally cool when a groomsman asked to try our steadycam. Edward had a small skit planned out, and it was super fun to see a groom check the framing and exposure on his own wedding day!
Now this was still a real wedding, so let’s not forget the lovely Meaghan, who was still the main show. And what a classy and glamorous presence she brought everywhere she went! Together with Edward, they showed us the genuine love and care for each other, and thanks to Edward’s request for 4k ceremony footage, we could do a punch in to show his teary eyes (sorry buddy)! In the end no acting was needed, because life is cinema, even if it was Edward’s day job.
