Mahsa and Branden’s JW Mariott Parq Vancouver wedding was an awesome way to celebrate the new year! Starting with their rooftop first look at dusk, we got great photos of this emotional moment. The sun went down soon after, but that’s when our studio lighting came out to play and it allowed us to balance the ambient light with the perfect amount of illumination on the lovely couple’s faces. Oh the shot with BC Place in full bloom and M&B by the pond – sheer perfection!

From there we moved indoors to a heartfelt ceremony inside the Parq, officiated by none other than Branden’s mom for that personal touch! With the intimate reception came more beautiful speeches and what we always look forward to in a Persian wedding – the knife dance! But the night still had the big NYE countdown to come, and we celebrated with Mahsan and Branden as they danced into the new year with style and romance!
