The Vancouver Persian wedding of G&R at Swaneset was a stunning celebration set in front of the iconic, chateau shaped clubhouse. Their outdoor ceremony on the Great Lawn felt both elegant and intimate, framed by sweeping views of the surrounding Coast Mountains. Earlier in the day, G&R shared a quiet first look on the Staircase to Heaven, a moment filled with anticipation and emotion as they saw each other for the first time. As experienced wedding photographers, we always let the couple do the first look uninterrupted, because this is a beautiful, candid moment for just the two of them. And of course, we can still pose the bride and groom afterwards for some stunning portraits.

Speaking of portraiture, G&R brought along a luxury vintage Porsche convertible, which made the photo session even more timeless and classy (and our cinematographers really, really happy, because they got to chase the car with an FPV drone for some amazing shots)!

As evening approached, the celebration transitioned into a lavish reception adorned with towering floral arrangements that transformed the grand ballroom into a floral wonderland. One of the most memorable moments was the knife dance, with family and friends gathered in laughter and applause. Every detail, from the grand setting to the energetic dances, reflected the couple’s style and heritage, creating a Persian wedding that felt both luxurious and deeply personal.
